Max Navarro
Max Philip Navarro was born May 9, 1982 in Vancouver BC, Canada. Having started as a vocalist of the rock band Ax, takes a solo career in 2002 with the helping hand of guitarist and producer Nick Mayer. In 2005, thanks to the single Wish, Navarro enters the Asian charts and publishes the ep "Parallel Lines".
In 2006 he recruited on a permanent basis John Paul Bellucci (guitar), Jack Novell (bass) and Simon Moore (drums) as a backing band, and embarks on a series of environmental campaigns that took him for a while away from music.
After three years of silence Max Navarro returned in 2008 with the first full length album, "Branded On My Skin," which, went to the charts in China, Taiwan, Japan and Indonesia with hit singles like Cold Night Love Affair, Angel and On The Elephant Back.
The success of Branded On My Skin leads the Italian-Canadian artist to get back to work and cut a new album of unreleased "No Belonging After Dark", published in autumn 2009 and prefaced by the single Wish, recorded for this occasion in a new version. The new album includes the live version of Out In The Midnight, taken from the concert given by Navarro in Munich in July 2008, and the second single Get Away.
